Please note, Redcap projects are moved to production on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. When you need a project moved to production, you must click the "request to move to production" button on your Project page.
After initiating the move to production, you must also submit a Request ticket through Help Desk. Failure to submit a request ticket will delay your project being moved to production.
Requests to have your project moved to production, must be submitted at least a week in advance of the go-live date.
If you need any assistance with a project, please submit a ticket with the CHI Help Desk (866) 236-0441 and for Dignity Health (888) 307-0222 and we will be happy to assist.
